The small Katta – A visit to the Dresden Zoo

Katta-Affen Mutter und Kind
focal length: 70mm – aperture: 9 –exposure: 1/125s – ISO 200
Today is Sunday, 1 February and outside it’s cold, wet, windy and it alternates snow with rain. Weather conditions in which you literally drives a dog in front of the door. The last days were already not very good and I am longing for sun and some heat.
Before me is a large coffee with milk and think to myself:
What will I write today for a post?
Some of the spring or the summer, what a good mood let’s see what can be found on the hard drive so it all. I find this photo with the lemurs. This is a primate of Madagascar is distinctive by their particularly ringed tail. If the kitten is not cute? As it is observed from the safety cover on mother’s back the world, simply beautiful.

During a Zoo visit in Dresden, was born this photo on 29.4.2011. With the harsh shadows that you see in the picture, I can say that I photographed it in the late morning hours. At the time, just before the zoo I had bought the 24-70 2.8 lens from Sigma new and so now all photographed what came before the lens. This has brought much closer for me to deal with this focal length range. Meanwhile I photograph not everything, but the 24-70 2.8 has become my firm companion and I use it much.

Here a photographic tip for you:
Just take a photograph with a lens or even a focal length.
This increases creativity and the photographic eye.
