It’s a warm and sunny morning, the birds chirping in March 2014 and a light breeze going – At the left SIde of the river Elbe about 3 km southwest of the town of Königstein is Leupoldishain, a small hamlet in the mainly because of mining by the Wismut and proximity to the so-called “labyrinth “is known. The labyrinth is a rugged rock formation by the landscaped paths and paths that can be well explored.

From Leupoldishain itself, there are only a few steps and you come to this beautiful lookout point. From here you can see the Fortress Königstein and the Pfaffenstein and just enjoy the beautiful nature.
